Getting Set Up on the Craft Tracker
Executive Summary
If your related instruction provider (educator preparation program) is using the Craft Tracker, then you will need to set this up. Otherwise, you should use the tool that they are using. The Craft Tracker allows aspiring teachers to track the completion of activities for apprenticeship funding and to meet degree and credential requirements. You will need to log into the Craft Tracker, and then regularly complete and submit activities via the Craft Tracker.
Purpose of the Craft Tracker
Aspiring teachers are required to complete a certain number of hours teaching in the classroom and completing portfolio projects to access apprenticeship funding and meet credential or degree requirements. Future employers may also ask for work samples. The Craft Tracker enables aspiring teachers to track and collect those items for all those purposes at one time.

Using the Craft Tracker
There are three things you will need to do in the Craft tracker:
Complete and then submit activities as outlined in the syllabus for each of your courses. Watch the video below on how to submit activities.
At times, you will also need to upload artifacts to demonstrate proficiency, such as a video of you completing a classroom activity or a learning log. When necessary, this will be clear in the syllabus.
You will also need to watch for returned activities and then resubmit them.
